Combination of BI and Spreadsheet Functionality
Connor from Mango Mint loves the combination of BI capabilities within Excel-like functionality, which resolved issues he faced with Sigma:
"Yeah… I really like it. I'm impressed. Cause… I know the problems and like I've gone through trying to build something in Sigma and just totally whiffing, but when you put it together like this, like a combination of the BI power with Excel and then the data querying, this is exactly what you get. And, it's really cool…this is awesome."
Time-Saving Integration
William Li from Path Point finds that connecting directly to data sources within Equals is the most valuable part, as it saves time by reducing the need to switch between different tools:
"We've seen you guys have made it easier to use and especially having a connection to our data sources, I think it's like the most valuable part because as a lot of people work in data… moving between SQL and Python between notebooks and spreadsheets and all of that, it's, it can be very time consuming."
Enhanced Reporting and Automation
Sires from Workshop is pleased with the reporting capabilities, particularly the daily summaries and ARR momentum tracking:
"This was great super efficient … all looks great. This is all the level of reporting I would like and then that summary on a daily so you know what ARR we are at … you know in two weeks from now like where are we at ARR momentum throughout the month but yeah all of this looks really great."
Jeff from Belli appreciates automated weekly KPI reporting into Slack:
"I kind of like how it just kind of runs in the background and we'll post that into Slack. So that was a feature that I specifically liked."
Problem-Solving Capability
Raj from Puffy notes that the integration and automation potential of Equals can reduce manual work in Excel:
"We get files from our manufacturers. Then we compare the orders received. Are we getting filled for the same orders? So, there is a lot of Excel work that is being done. So we want to automate that. And right now, using Google Sheets and Excel Sheets is pretty manual."
